HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
New merchandise purchased between November 24th and December 24th can be returned for a refund up until January 7th. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached accompanied by a receipt. Gifts will need to have the original order number and can be exchanged or returned to a gift card. Food, Beauty, Vintage and Seasonal Items (ornaments etc) are final sale.
HOSTE RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of vintage, please expect some wear. Items will be described as clearly as possible and any major flaws will be noted + shown. Measurements are provided and we are available to answer any questions and make sure you’re confident in your purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns on vintage items.
Other items not eligible for return: Food, skincare/body, items on sale, or promotion.
New clothing, accessories, and home goods must be returned in original packaging and condition. They must be unused, unworn with all original tags still attached. A receipt will be required for return. Within 14 days, your purchase will be eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund back to the original method of payment.
For web returns: Please Contact Us to initiate the return. Upon approval, we will send you a label to ship your items back. The refund is subject to return shipping fees and a $5 restocking fee.
