Farmers across Palestine harvest their olives in small batches and bring them to press from the beginning of the olive harvest in October through the end in December. Each batch carries its own distinctive flavor and when combined create a special blend for the season that becomes their family’s signature olive oil.
Canaan honors this age-old tradition by collecting olive oil from the spicy bite of the early harvest to the mild finish toward the end of the harvest. Jenin is our signature olive oil collected from small-scale farmers who live in villages surrounding the Palestinian city of Jenin. Jenin olive oil hosts a diverse range of flavors that will add distinction to any salad, spread, or special meal.

Domestic Orders
Ship via USPS Priority or UPS ground and take approx 5-7 business days.
• Under a pound: $5
• 1-3 pounds: $10
• 3-5 pounds: $15
• 5+ pounds: $20
International Orders
We have set flat rate shipping based on country, and any shipment in excess of 10lbs will require an additional shipping quote to be discussed prior to fulfillment. All international orders are final sale.
• Canada: $30 flat rate
• Australia + New Zealand: $60
• All other countries: $50
