Reflect and release with a 60-minute sound bath led by Kate of Resonate With Kate, offering space to slow down, settle your nervous system, and restore energy.
The session begins with a short guided somatic based meditation to help you settle into the space, followed by an immersion of sound featuring various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. As the sound moves through you, it helps create a sense of steadiness and inner grounding, allowing you to meet the week ahead feeling more centered. Meditation experience is not required to participate in a sound bath. Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else needed for maximum comfort. Sanitized eye covers with optional aromatherapy are provided. Ages 18+. Limited to 15 participants.
