Our oil has a smoke point of 410º F, so feel free to share the love with those favorite roasted recipes, too.
Our olives are grown in the oceanside hills of Waiheke Island, New Zealand. The ancient soil structures mixed with the unique maritime micro-climate have made the island an ideal place to grow olives with the best views to match. Our olives are all hand-harvested from our spray-free, single estate grove and are cold-pressed within a few hours of picking to ensure the best quality oil.

Made from a specially crafted blend of Frantoio & Leccino olives, our Stillbones Extra Virgin Olive Oil is buttery and fresh with floral aromatics, grassy green notes, and a peppery finish.

Domestic Orders
Ship via USPS Priority or UPS ground and take approx 5-7 business days.
• Under a pound: $5
• 1-3 pounds: $10
• 3-5 pounds: $15
• 5+ pounds: $20
International Orders
We have set flat rate shipping based on country, and any shipment in excess of 10lbs will require an additional shipping quote to be discussed prior to fulfillment. All international orders are final sale.
• Canada: $30 flat rate
• Australia + New Zealand: $60
• All other countries: $50
