Gluten Free Heirloom Grain Pancake Mix

Diner classic with a gluten free glow up. We source heirloom grains from regenerative farmers for a healthy, gourmet breakfast: A whole-grain pancake that tastes indulgent. It also makes a great gift! Sorghum flour gives them their buttery backbone, almond meal lends some natural sweetness, and delicate teff seeds provide just a hint of sparkle and crunch.  And listen... you don't have to tell anyone they're gluten free. Why? Because there's no xanthan gum, no guar gum & no chalky, cheap rice flour. We use an old southern diner technique to give these cakes the structure they need: old-fashioned potato starch.

Domestic Orders
Ship via USPS Priority or UPS ground and take approx 5-7 business days.

• Under a pound: $5
• 1-3 pounds: $10
• 3-5 pounds: $15
• 5+ pounds: $20

International Orders
We have set flat rate shipping based on country, and any shipment in excess of 10lbs will require an additional shipping quote to be discussed prior to fulfillment. All international orders are final sale.

• Canada: $30 flat rate
• Australia + New Zealand: $60
• All other countries: $50
