Gathering now for the second time in our space, Grounding Night exists to support your body mind and spirit with a night of grounding energy in community, led by Kalee of Yellow Flower Holistic Healing. In candlelight we will have the opportunity to move our bodies, focus on the breath, and turn inward on this half moon evening with an intention to find our balance within.

The class itself will be over 60 minutes this time with 30 minutes before and after to connect, drink tea, and enjoy the space.

Please bring a yoga mat and small pillow/bolster if you have one. We will have extras of both if you don’t :)
