Artisan sourdough bread and baked goods, made fresh in West Seattle!
Verdant Crumb sources local ingredients for all of their products. Their flour comes from Cairnspring Mills in Burlington, WA. Not only do we love that they are local, but their grains are stone-milled which allows the flour to retain more bran and germ, resulting in sourdough with a richer, more complex taste and a beautiful caramel crust. AKA the perfect artisan loaf.
