This book is written, illustrated and self published by a Mom who went looking for a fun and interesting book about basic nutrition but couldn't find one. That's me! Haley, the lady writing this description. I was a super picky eater growing up and my son also wrestles with trying new foods. I wanted to be able to show him that food is more than the way that it tastes, it helps our bodies function! I think, for me, knowing that food helps our bodies is what got me to branch out in trying new foods and eating more vegetables. I hope this resource is helpful for you. I hope your kiddos love it.
